About Me

Dan was born and raised in Iosco County and is a graduate of Tawas Area Schools. He and his wife moved away from Tawas and spent 11 years living in the south and in Washington State as they advanced in the corporate world. They moved back with their two sons in 2011.

Dan has worked and traveled throughout the majority of Northern Michigan, including the Upper Peninsula for many years. He has been to areas off the beaten path and it gives him a better appreciation of what different areas have to offer and why our part of Michigan is unique.
